| Wayne Scott U.S. Halfpipes Wayne began his playing career back in the Eighties with various Pop Rock and Funk bands in the Midlands and then in 1989 he joined the band Big World formed from the remnants of well known Leicester band Will Disley. This led to gigs up and down the country and Europe, and various recording sessions including several for the BBC. Also, during this time Wayne was one of the first instructors on the Access To Music Rockschool Project. It is with Chris Rowely lead singer of Big World that the opportunity to play in Skate Rock tribute act The US Half-Pipes came up. The band play a residency slot on the P&O cruise ship Ventura in the Mediterranean and other luxury holiday destinations, as well as running the onboard Rockschool for the younger passengers. The US Half Pipes will soon be setting sail for the Caribbean and Wayne will be exclusively using his Vintage V100MRPGM Icon model as he finds it to be the perfect guitar for performing and teaching.
